AGRO2CIRCULAR: Recycling of waste from the agri-food sector

The AGRO2CIRCULAR project is focused on the implementation of the first systemic territorial solution for the recycling of the most relevant residues of the agri-food sector (fruits and vegetables and plastic multilayers) in products with high added value, driven by a digital tool and built on a systemic with high replicable / scalable potential.

Most members of the consortium are from the Region of Murcia, which is the geographic area in which the demonstrators will be implemented. Through this solution, industrial, economic and social challenges will be faced in the agri-food sector. Eversia will participate in the definition of the requirements for the packaging sector and will validate the demonstrators in an industrial environment.

• Objective 1: Demonstrate the first value chain for recycling the most representative waste from the agri-food sector.
• Objective 2: Provide the A2C technological solution with the circular systemic approach by building a multidimensional model that allows the territorial deployment of the solution and its replication and scalability.
• Objective 3: Maximize the impacts of the project and facilitate the replication and scalability of the A2C systemic solution.
